GenASIs HiPath is a computer aided evaluation for immunohistochemistry and CISH assays that assists pathologists in reaching accurate, repeatable and standardized analysis. An easy to use tool that integrates with any standard microscope, GenASIs HiPath offers labs all the benefits of digital pathology without having to make a large upfront investment in WSI.

HER2 CISH assay is an FDA-approved alternative to HER2 fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH). With a nearly 100% concordance rate with HER2 FISH, HER2 CISH allows pathologists to view tissue morphology and gene expression simultaneously by utilizing a bright-field microscope.

GenASIs HiPath captures fields of view defined by the pathologist, identifies and segments relevant cells, counts the spots in each cell and classifies each cell according to the spot count. In a fraction of a second, hundreds of cells are analyzed and classified along with statistical data for the current field of view and composite data for all of the fields of view captures.

Reports are generated at the click of a button containing images selected by the pathologist from those captured along with the statistical analysis and classification results.

FDA cleared for the following GenASIs applications: ALK, BandView, FISHView, UroVysion, CEP XY & HER2/neu FISH.

All other products and applications are intended for research use.
