The QuickGene AutoS DNA Extraction Plasmid Kit helps deliver rapid purification of high-quality genomic DNA, ready for PCR applications, sequencing, and other lab procedures. As part of an integrated DNA extraction process from sample tube to final DNA storage tubes, it ensures no cross-contamination, removing bacterial DNA and proteins, and prevents human error processing.
The automated QuickGene Auto24S system can process 24 plasmid samples, up to 200 µL, in a single run. The QuickGene Auto12S system can process 12 samples, also up to 200 µL.
Pre-packaged reagent strips reduce the risk of contamination, improve efficient processing time with fewer steps, and boost throughput.
