ADS Biotec recognized by Governor Pillen on October 2 at Bio Nebraska’s Annual event
ADS Biotec was announced as the 2025 recipient of the Governor’s Bioscience Award, presented by Governor Jim Pillen. The award, which recognizes individuals and companies making significant contributions to the Nebraska bioscience industry, was given during an award presentation ceremony at Bio Nebraska’s Annual Event on October 2 in Omaha, Nebraska.
ADS Biotec has established a global presence with development, sales, and support operations across three continents and users in more than 30 countries. Its team, with more than 20 years of industry experience, is recognized by customers worldwide for advanced instrumentation, superior customer service, scientific application support, and a highly knowledgeable team.
“We feel deeply honored to have been selected by Bio Nebraska to receive the 2025 Governor’s Bioscience Award; and we are deeply grateful to our dedicated team who have helped grow the company to this stage,” said Vijay Dube, CEO at ADS Biotec. “Our company has been established in Omaha, Nebraska for over twenty years. In that time, the company has grown to be a world leader in cytogenetic automation systems which are relied upon by major hospitals and clinical diagnostic labs worldwide. Additionally, we have to built a world-class manufacturing facility in Omaha to produce custom reagents, mRNA purification columns and buffers for use in the development and manufacture of next generation drugs and vaccines. We are committed to further growth in Nebraska with investments in new product and process developments.”
The Governor’s Bioscience Award is presented annually to an individual or company that has made significant contributions to Nebraska’s bioscience industry. The selection criteria range from conducting innovative research, to product development, to investments that grow the bioscience community in Nebraska. The recipient is selected based on input from the Bio Nebraska Board of Directors, as well as conversations with state and industry leaders. The award was presented during Nebraska’s Bioscience Month, as proclaimed by Governor Pillen.
