HANABI-S1020 Staining Kit

The HANABI-S1020 Staining Kit removes confusion of what reagents to use when processing cytogenetic slide specimens and promotes consistency by ensuring that the same reagents are consistently available and used on the HANABI-S1020 Auto Chromosome Staining System. Reagents are provided in easy-to-use volumes to reduce manual reagent preparation and further reduce processing time. Sufficient reagents are provided, minus deionized water and ethanol, for staining of approximately 800 slides.

The HANABI-S1020 Staining Kit is for use with the HANABI-S1020 Auto Chromosome Staining System to improve consistency, efficiency, and repetitive quality of cytogenetic stained slide specimens from whole blood or bone marrow samples.

High quality cytogenetic stains are the result of a time-consuming manual process that requires skilled technicians. Generally, slides are aged from 12-24 hours before being conditioned and stained. The HANABI-S1020 is designed to automate the chromosome staining process in order to greatly reduce processing time, deliver reproducible chromosome staining, and free up skilled technicians to analyze metaphases.
